Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from stillwatter.store, operated by ORMA SA. Because our products are digital downloads, the following terms apply.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing stillwatter.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Digital products and your right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not normally apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent. By purchasing and accessing a digital download immediately, you acknowledge this. Notwithstanding this, we voluntarily offer the 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.
How to request a refund
- Email stillwatter.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly why you would like a refund so we can keep improving.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If you have any trouble downloading or accessing your product, please contact us first — we are usually able to resolve access issues quickly so you can enjoy what you bought.
